“In need of repairs to his ship, the Star Captain landed on Machine World, a failed human colony that was now ruled by all manner of robotic life. Here he met Chromia, a humanoid form who was decidedly female. Her shiny metal body was a lyrical arrangement of straight edges and smooth, metallic curves. She was cool to the touch, but when they were pressed together she absorbed his own body heat and seemed to reflect it back on him tenfold. Her face plate was made of a unique material that could be described as flexible metal, allowing her to smile warmly and kiss gently…and her kisses were electric.”
